        Can't keep an appointment on time, waited 30 minutes over the set appointment time. They could've told us perhaps another day instead of wasting our time. This is ridiculous and shameful!

        These folks helped us OWN a home. They are now assisting as we move my elderly father's funds to a safe and local bank. The amount of help and advice we have received from the staff at our branch here is so much appreciated. I hope you folks who work there see these reviews, because I want you to know that my 91 year old father said, "That is how banking used to be." You are appreciated.
