I have used Legwork since the inception of the business. I am a loyal customer and have been for a LONG time. I spoke to Tiffany a little bit ago, and in a software change to open dental, she let me know that their engineers are working on a solution to get us up and running again. There is NO way to get ahold of them. Calls get put to voicemail. Nobody answering in technical support. Nobody answering in sales. I will update my review, if this is a misunderstanding, but this has been happening for awhile now with my team. I used to LOVE legwork and the team that was there. After it being acquired, it has been forgotten as well as its client dentists.

We have used Legwork for years. The BEST company we have used so far. The customer service Tiffany, Debbie and Bastian have made all the difference in the world. We use them for our texting service, online forms and so much more. Best system by far and easy navigate and pricing the best too. We appreciate all their hard works and awesome support. After reading the 5 star reviews I signed up with legwork to deign a new website with SEO November 2020 and we were suppose to get the website Jan 2021 but we have yet to get a website and SEO services but they been charging me monthly for services they have not provided when I stop the service last month and I am still charged today $420 again that I do not have website nor any of the services promised by NICK; the manager Sydney states that website was free and I paid for legwork software. I highly recommend you to find another company that will deliver the services rather than Legwork and the team as unprofessional, do not return your email nor phone once they are paid.
