FYI...Hopefully people look at reviews...this store is permanently closed! Cant believe it's still has an address in the mall and hours of operation! My husband had bought me alot of jewelry at this store and most of it has the lifetime warranty. And as I'm writing this my wedding ring had a loose stone so I'm unable to wear it and we are pondering a trip to Yakima to turn it in and use the warranty that we paid 400.00 for! Obviously you no longer can purchase anything in Wenatchee but I would go as far as NEVER purchasing anything from KAY jewlers again! Also AVOID Harry Ritchies! There is one lady in there that is extremely RUDE! Wont buy anything in there unless I'm desperate! Button Jewlers here I come!

Went into kay Jewelers and got the best customer service I have ever received. I got the ring of her dreams she helped me order it online. I might be more excited then my girlfriend is!

Purchased an engagement ring in early March, Covid shut the store down and Kay as a whole is unable to process a refund, which is holding us back from getting married. I'm extremely disappointed, we don't even want the ring anymore we just want our money so we can go elsewhere and move on with what we want to do as a couple.. its a shame that the tri cities store can't help us with our situation, as soon as we get the ring we're returning it and going elsewhere to get a ring. If there were a zero star option I'd select that 100 times.
