Don was here on time finished on time and was extremely quick . Our windows have never looked better. We will hire Don back for air duct cleaning and Christmas lights !

We use Don for window cleaning and now gutters. He is super nice, reliable and does a superb job! We rely on him every year to get our house to look it's best and will use him when we move. Highly recommend!!

Buyer beware!!! Too expensive! Don is a nice person and I have done business with him for several years and am sad that he can't keep his promises and has increased his prices every year since he brought on his partner Tony. I originally had store bought LED lights for Don to put up on m house, but had problems with them working. As a solution Don recommend that I invest in custom made strands from him, then he would guarantee that they would work all season long. So, I purchased custom cut Christmas Lights for my house from A Perfect Clean two years ago. I would love to say that all was good, however we still had light issues, which Don wasn't the best at coming out to fix. He kept telling us that the problem was a faulty outlet, but the real issue was with how Don or Tony put the cords in the gutters. Guess what... it rains and electricity and water don't mix. Thank goodness for a properly working GFI which would trigger every time it was raining. This year after doubling his prices for installation and removal/storage I can not afford to pay for such a large increase. I have since found another company to put lights on my house and they give the option of their lights or yours. I have since been in contact with Don and asked when he could get my lights out of storage and return them. Sadly, after several emails Don still refuses to return my lights, which he stores for his customers as a service during the off season. Claiming I bought the lights so I could then lease them from him...I know it doesn't make any sense. My next door neighbor had the same experience with A Perfect Clean a couple of years ago and has never gotten her lights back, which she also paid for to be custom made and cut for her home. It is sad that people get taken advantage of especially during Christmas. I only wish I had known before being cheated out of nearly $600. I will never do business with A Perfect Clean again! I hope by writing this review you will avoid the same misfortune as those before you. Don has performed a number of services for me - windows, gutters, pressure washing, soft wash on my roof, and Christmas lights. He is one of the most reliable people I know. He is a perfectionist and gets the job done right the first time. On top of that, he’s a really nice guy and easy to work with. It’s so nice to have someone you can trust to take care of these things year after year at a fair price. I highly recommend him!
