Do NOT get their "Wellness plan" My dog died in Feb. I called to cancel the plan 4 days later. They told me I would either have to pay the remaining payments until August or pay the complete vet bill of which I paid 600.00 up front at the time of service. They told me they would not cancel the service upon repeated calls from them. They told me it's an auto renewal. I am absolutely NOT going to pay Banfield any more money than I have. I put a stop payment on them from my Bank. I am considering going to my local news trouble shooter and public with this robbery.

This company is absolutely rediculous. We HAD been (PAST TENSE) with them for years and I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. Overpriced, inconvenient, and extremely difficult to work with... even to just cancel a plan. Do not be scammed by them.

Worst company ever transferred 6 different times all while being on a long hold each time I e called the corporate number , the customer service number , the banfield pet hospital my dog goes to and whenever someone gets on the call the first statement is let me transfer you to the right department then I wait to be transferred and all of a sudden the call disconnects

If I could give a 0 I would. Horrible customer service, lie about plans and steal money from customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone who actually loves their pets.
