We had Hardie plank (color plus) siding installed to replace the old LP siding. They did a fantastic job. I thought.. at 1st. Update. 2 years later brushing my entry way with a soft bristle broom to remove cob web and dust paint chipped off in 2 spots. Also. We still haven't been able to get him to come back out and take the tie off that they left laying on our new roof. Which will probably end up leaving rust marks from the metal hook... 2 stories. I don't want to go up there.. Chris told me on two separate occasions that he would be out the following week. Then I just don't hear back from anybody. A lot of money to spend for color plus heavy duty siding to have the paint start chipping off. We are bummed out.

We are in the process of buying our house and will be having new windows, siding, gutters and more installed. In my search to get some ideas from a professional I contacted Hometown Exterior. They did get back to me promptly, but that's where the good customer service ended. I was informed that they charge $500 just to come out and give a quote! We'll obviously not be using this company for any services.
