After a lot of research, we went with Pacific NW for our backyard studio. Customizing the windows and the door was easy, and the staff worked with us to make sure that what we wanted was do-able. Installation was done in a day and they made sure the site was cleaned up before they checked out with us. I would 100% use them again.

We ordered 2 carports 8/20/20 put down a deposit of over $1000. And still havent received our order. No one seems to answer our calls and were getting the run around. I was finally called back and told the manufacturer would be calling to set up delivery and set up. We were promised our order in October and its now January 15th. Seems shady to me!!

Went thru Pacific NW Sheds and Buildings earlier this year to purchase and have installed a 28'x46' carport (a nearly $10k building), and that experience went very smooth. Was and am a happy customer with that building. Decided to use them again for a 10'x20' Old Hickory Shed, and worked extensively with Rick (who is now retired) to survey the location, design the shed, and get the order into Old Hickory's system (this was in early August). For the carport, a credit card was accepted without a fee or surcharge, however, for the shed, Old Hickory charges a 3% fee when using a credit card and requires 50% down for build on site jobs, which at the time I was unwilling to pay and didn't have a checkbook with me, so decided to return a bit later to handle this (wasn't in a hurry since there was a 10 week wait time for installation anyways). I returned this morning (9/4) to finalize the arrangements, to find that there's now a 15% surcharge now from Old Hickory effective 9/1, thus raising the price of the shed we had designed from ~$7800 to ~$8800, nearly a $1k price increase. I don't blame Pacific NW Sheds and Buildings for being at fault here as this surcharge is coming from Old Hickory, but being a Pacific NW Sheds and Building repeat customer with a quoted order in the system awaiting payment, I think Pacific NW Sheds and Buildings could have done a better job at giving me a head's up to come in and get the down payment taken care of before 9/1 to avoid the surcharge. We have opted not to use Old Hickory for our shed, which unfortunately means we will not be using Pacific NW Sheds and Buildings as the supplier.
