        We were very pleased with the quick response to our roof problem. Miguel was polite and courteous and helped us with our problem. We definitely would recommend this company to our friends

        On the upside Austin and Miguel were friendly and responsive during the job. Our roof was installed properly. We had it inspected due to some concerns about attention to detail (like replacing our skylights and not fastening them down). Ok n the downside, when doing the tear off, they damaged our exterior light, which would have been fine if they fixed it. Austin said that they would but they never came back. After several emails back and forth we gave up and resigned to fix them ourselves. This is really frustrating because we paid almost $30k for new roofs on our house and shop. Update: Platinum got back to us and fixed our lights and broken outlet. The guy who did the repair work did a good job. I'm really happy with the roof so far.I just wish it had not taken so much time to fix the issues we had
