        This facility doesn't mandate covid vaccination! In an elderly home! They are also specifically hiring unvaccinated employees who can't find work because of their choice to put others in harms way.

        I've worked at about 6 facilities total since I turned 18. This bonaventure specifically was where I felt most happy! We had an amazing staff in the memory care and often I never had much issues. This place definitely has themselves together. I'd work there again if I could!

        They have lied to me over the phone. I know a few residents and a couple current employees and they all have talked about how unfairly they are treated. There isn’t enough help for the residents, only 2 caregivers and 1 Med tech for all of Assited! Unacceptable. Unsafe.
