      image Absolutely the WORST mortgage company that I have experienced in 30 years of owning a home. I DID NOT choose PHH, my loan was sold to them. My home is well insured with USAA, however this company requires excessive additional coverages that no other company requires. I tried calling to talk with a represenative, was on hold for an hour. When an employee finally came on the line, his phone headset wasn't working. I asked for a supervisor, another LONG hold only to be told there wasn't a supervisor available. Folks - steer clear of this company. They are bad news!!
