Everyone I spoke with at this company was courteous and professional. The crew arrived on time and worked hard to complete the services in a timely manner.

I had a very poor and extremely aggravating conversation with Tara in management this .morning. Certainly, she lacks good customer service skills and is completely incompetent at problem solving. I requested she give my name and phone number to an employee since I had lost that information. There is a discrepancy on my bank statement. She sounded angry and begun lecturing me about HIPPA laws. I'm a medical professional. I know HIPPA laws. I understand she can't provide information to me. She absolutely refused to give my information to the employee. I wouldn't be posting this review if I'd been treated respectfully, even if I was unable to have my request fulfilled. It's very disturbing to be yelled at and treated with disdain for asking a question. Customer Service Representatives and Management are required to handle problems with finesse and seek solutions. I was so aggravated, I ended the call.😞
