We hired River City to clean 6 of our downspouts because one of them in particular was overflowing and running onto the wall of our house. We were concerned because there has been so much rain so we needed this taken care of. We also wanted gutter guards placed over each of the downspouts, after the initial cleaning. I was quoted $175 for the job, which I paid in cash after the visit. He assured me that everything was taken care of and that we would not find any more overflow. However, when it started to rain again, we found the same problem. I called him numerous times to ask him to come out and check so that we could get this repaired properly. He called back once saying that he would come out, but never came. I then had my husband go up on the ladder to check to see if the gutter guards were in place. One of the areas had no gutter guard. The other areas had old or different types of gutter guards - they did not match and did not look new. (odds and ends probably from other jobs) Finally my husband took off the downspout of the gutter that had been overflowing and found that it was completely clogged with debris. Since my husband has repaired this, it now works fine. So, I basically paid money for nothing. He is difficult to get a hold of and also does not guarantee his work. Will not come out and resolve the issue.

River City Roof & Gutter Cleaning started off good, and quickly went downhill. We bought the contract for on-going maintenance, but after the second visit, they just don't show up. I have called numerous times and emailed them to perform their winter maintenance. NO SHOW! Buyer beware!

I have used Dave in both our home and our 3 rentals for over 5 years and have always had excellent service. He even tackles our gutter cleaning every year. Dave is professional, on time, and leaves the area cleaner than he found it. If you're looking for a pressure washing or gutter cleaning in Vancouver or any area of Clark County, I highly recommend River City Pressure Washing. Excellent value for your money.

Very honest guy. My daughter dropped a 20 dollar bill by the car. He could have easily pocketed it, but he didn't. David did a great job on our deck.

We've hired Dave at River City Home Services several times in the past few years. He's a very sweet and professional person who does what he promises. He's always left the property exceptionally clean and we've used him for multiple reasons. He does an awesome job with pressure washing fences, concrete and the house. We were planning on painting and Dave explained that we only needed the house to be washed. We would have spent thousands prematurely. He's always well mannered, well groomed and respectful to us, our neighbors and our pets. I recommend him all the time at the hospital and everyone who has used him has told me he how pleased they were with him and he made their house look new too.
