PeaceHealth Salmon Creek Ear, Nose, Throat, Audiology, and Allergy Clinic

My review is not for the doctors, but the extra care staff and balance testers only. A nurse named Rainy called after I left a bad review, and her advice to keep trying talked me into trying a doctor at the east location who got me testing back at this location. Thankfully, the person testing me caught a neuro problem and got me a referral to neurology who changed my life with treatment. I truly thought I was dying, and had the first doctor believed my symptoms, I could have been treated 3 MONTHS sooner. Thank you to Rainy for hearing me, letting me cry, and for telling me to keep fighting and advocating for myself. Rainy is the reason I have relief. And there isn't enough words to describe how thankful I am. Hoping she gets the memo :)

I was suffering with nasal drip and choking on it every night. I wasn't sleeping well at all, and my quality of life was not good. Without a good night's sleep, you can't do anything right, it impacts your mood and ability to think and zaps all of your energy. Dr. Jeffery Davis changed my life. I can sleep eight hours without having to wake up three or four times and without needing to use the bathroom. Obviously, everyone's case will be different, but after getting nothing from my primary doctor other than nose drops (that didn't help at all), one visit to Dr. Davis was all it took. Don't ignore your sinus issues, go see Dr. Davis.

I called in to get an appointment scheduled as a new patient, and left a voicemail. I was called back later that week during the work day, and was unable to answer. I then called back that same day before PeaceHealth closed, and left another voicemail. It's now been nearly 3 weeks and I have not heard back. It would be great if the automated system that greets everyone who calls in let you know that PeaceHealth isn't currently accepting new patients. Disappointing and unprofessional. Would rate 0/5 if it was possible.

The doctors here dont have guts here. Ive been suffering with nosebleeds since I was 9 years old. Im 21 now. Its preventing me from doing the simplest things. I got cut off of Kaiser and I wasnt able to get back on it. (Thanks Washington). They recommended me for cauterization. I told the doctor that and he gave me this numbing agent that only made me feel like Im suffocating and didnt cauterize my nose at all. He said to wait two more weeks and come back. He did not only waste my time, he made me drive all the way to Vancouver to wait two more weeks for nothing either. I still havent gotten my nose cauterized. That doctor doesnt have guts to do so.

This Clinic was amazing! The staff was very kind and helpful! Dr. Jeffrey Davis listened to my concerns and showed compassion. He answered my questions thoroughly and was very informative, directing me to further tests and follow up. I felt listened to and empowered to be proactive about my health concerns. I will definitely continue going there and will refer others to this clinic! Dr. Nicole Fox, the Audiologist was also very kind and educated me on the Audiology Exam, walking me thru it every step of the way, relieving my fears and uncertainty. I definitely had a very good experience here!!
