I love Stephanie Bennett. She has been providing my care for a number of years and I have always had a good experience with her. I have noticed a decline in patient experience since Legacy took over the clinic. I guess I have been fortunate to not have had a horrible experience. Like I said, there has been a decline in overall patient experience with some of the new Legacy staff. I can deal with that because I receive great care from Stephanie.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with Family Wellness Center. Family Wellness Center Billing: It all started when we got dual insurance. We went in for an appointment and gave them the new insurance stating it was the primary. Come to find out Family Wellness billed the new insurance as secondary and the new insurance refused to pay when our other insurance kicked back the bill, as they should. We contacted the insurance and stated that yes they are primary. The insurance company took note and said OK, please rebill us. Family Wellness did and for some reason the insurance company kept coming back saying they are not primary. So yes this part is mainly an issue with the insurance company being idiots. We called insurance and got confirmation they are primary however this was still coming back as an issue. So yes once again this part is more an insurance issue. The problem i have is Family Wellness tried calling there direct billing contact at that insurance but never got a response back after a couple calls and emails to them over a couple months. I ended up paying the bill out of pocket in full as Family Wellness were about to send me to collections. My last call to them was a different billing person, not the primary one i had talked to for most of this issue. She looked over the history of the case, we discussed it. I asked for some kind of compromise from them on the bill, maybe pay half or something so we can just end this thing (this whole thing went on for 6 months, the bill was only for $230)… Family Wellness refused... So ok i'll just pay the bill but I asked they take that insurance carrier off there supported carrier list since there direct insurance contact would not return Family Wellness Centers calls or emails. THERE DIRECT CONTACT… Family Wellness refused stating that many other patients claims go through without issue. So basically they are fine with getting ignored (in the end not denied, ignored) by the insurance company and telling me that I’m the one fully responsible. You know, the guy who has dual insurance. The one who told them the new insurance was primary in the first place and they billed it wrong which stirred this up to begin with. In the end they took no responsibility and provided no solutions, just brushed me off. If anyone is curious, the insurance was United Healthcare Online. My recommendation is to just stay clear from Family Wellness Center. If you're looking for a doctor there are some good ones at the Vancouver Clinic.

DO NOT GO SEE DR HILDEBRAND, DOES NOT HAVE YOUR INTEREST , ONLY HER'S. I CRIED OUT FOR HELP, AND SHE TOLD ME , SO WHAT GO THRU WITHDRAWS AFTER MY SEVERE PAIN, AND TOOK ME OFF PAIN KILLERS WHICH I HAVE BEEN TAKING FOR 15 YRS, WHICH I STARTED DRINKING BECAUSE OF PAIN, I WAS TAKING THE LOWEST DOSE, I CHOSE NOT TO TAKE ANY HIGHER MILIGRAMS , NOT HER. THE WOREST CARE BECAUSE, OF THE NEW LAW , WE ARE JUST DRUG ADDICTS. SHE SENT ME TO A PAIN CLINIC, THAT TOLD ME ITS IN MY HEAD THE PAIN , AND THEN TELLS ME I AM GOING TO BE MORE PAIN THEN EVER WHEN I GET OLDER DUE TO MY INJURIES AND I NEED SITUPS. THAT IS WHAT KIND OF CARE SHE GIVES. SO NOW I AM GOING TO STANFORD TO GET REAL CARE FROM A REAL DOCTOR. DONT GO TO HER, THEY ARE CONNECTED TO LEGACY HOSPITAL WHICH IS A NIGHT MARE. I WAITED 6 MONTHS TO GET AN MRI, AND 3 MONTHS TO A PAIN CLINIC AND 3 MORE MONTHS TO GO TO PHYSICAL THERAPY , FOR MY SITUPS . DR HILDEBRAND DID NOT BELIEVE I HAD AN INJURY UNTIL MY MRI CAME BACK AND SHE THREW ME UNDER THE BUS. NOW I HAVE TO GO TO CALIFORNIA TO GET CARE AND SURGERY TO STOP THE PAIN , IF THEY CAN. THANKS ALOT DR HILDEBRAND , I AM NOT HOOKED ON PAIN KILLERS JUST NOT HOOKED ON SEVERE PAIN AND SLEEP. I AM A 10 MOST DAYS . I AM NOT WRITING THIS TO GO BACK ON PILLS, JUST WANT THE PAIN TO STOP AND LIVE A SOME WHAT NORMAL LIFE.AND DR HILKDERBRAND THREW ME AWAY LIKE A PIECE OF TRASH. AFTER I CRIED THREW FITS FOR HELP AND SHE WAS NOT THERE~
