Seen in a timely manner PCP was respectful and knowledgeable She explained why and what procedure she was recommending She was also kind and sensitive that I was experiencing discomfort

I had a terrible experience. I asked when making the appointment what the cost would be since I am a cash-pay patient. They would not tell me! They simply said "we charge a $75 down payment" (I tried to get this cost 3 times: when I made the appt, start and end of visit) Then, when I arrived, the girl weighed me and proceeded to say out loud with a man (another patient) standing nearby what my weight was (lack of privacy!). Then the doctor refilled a prescription, checked heart and lungs and then "made up" a whole new patient profile stating he checked my ears, throat, etc. HE DID NONE OF THIS. Then he billed me for an "extended visit" which supposedly includes all of the time pre and post the 15 minutes he actually spent with me. He wrote that he spent 69 minutes with me! I was charged $737 with a cash pay discount bringing it to $552.75. I also had to file paperwork to get my records corrected! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Violation of NO Surprises act!

Because of horrible customer service I tried for 1 month to get an appt. with a doctor who was recommended to me. After waiting 2 months for the appt. I get a call with a week to go that they don't want to see me because my primary doctor is in a different building. I had already discussed this with the many different representatives I spoke with during my month long journey to make an appointment. They ok'd it and made the appointment which the doctor cancelled. Completely unethical.
