        Just wouldn't recommend terribly rude lady

        I heard many great things about this place, so we used it to forward our mail to after a move. My husband went to retrieve our mail and found out it was closed. No text, email or any notification, and we were past the window to forward the mail with the USPS. Now everything has been returned to sender. Not a way to do business, even if you are on your way out. I prepaid for several months, so I am out my mail and money.

        Had absolutely no problem with letterbox for 3 years. Found out today they shutdown with no notice at all. How do I get my tabs for my car and trailer out of the box?
