They had pretty trinkets and some clothes for sale, although only very petite sizes. It was super hot in there on a sunny September day. The lines were long that day. There were two lines but neither moved for a long time and then a lady came in and tried to cut in line but I too was in a big hurry so I didn't let her cut. When it was my turn, the cashier did not exchange any courtesy phrase or thank me for waiting. The wait had been about 10 minutes. I know, because my leg had gone on fire. I said it was cooler up by her fan, but she acted indifferent. I don't know what chip on her shoulder I activated by complaining about the heat but it seemed to upset her. She was also loud and indiscreet. When I asked if she could be a little more private, she didn't seem to like that. I couldn't have her yelling the address information so loudly so I had to leave. Instead, I went to another identical place of service, but they were welcoming. There was more privacy.

I have utilized this service twice, and my experiences have been a mix of satisfaction and significant concern. The first instance went smoothly, and I had no issues. However, during my second interaction, a rather distressing situation unfolded. I entrusted a package valued at over $100 to this office, with the understanding that it would be transferred to the USPS postal service. Regrettably, upon contacting USPS, they informed me that they had no record of receiving my package. It is important to note that I left my package in the care of the office manager, who was responsible for applying a label to it. Unfortunately, I did not witness the labeling process. Nevertheless, I explicitly informed the manager about the valuable contents of the box, as I was in the process of returning an expensive order to an online store. Upon returning three weeks later and seeking clarification regarding my missing package, I was met with a response that shifted blame onto the USPS postal service. I want to emphasize that I am not willing to simply accept this situation and move on. I am in the process of filing complaints with the relevant authorities to ensure that justice is served.
