Farmers Insurance - Brandon Fransik

Hands down the best insurance agent I've ever had. Responds promptly to any request, question, problem etc. Corresponds in whatever way is convenient for you which for me is texting. Has gone above and beyond numerous times and in numerous ways. For example I was having issues getting in touch with my claims rep who was in a different time zone, and even though the agents have no involvement in claims Brandon took the time to immediately get me in touch with the correct person and make sure I was satisfied. Adding/removing coverages gets done in minutes, not day. Highly recommend Brandon for any/all of your insurance needs.

Brandon has been my agent for years for my auto, renters, and life insurance policies. He’s always fighting to find me the best rate possibly and to figure out any discounts that can be applied. He’s always easy to get ahold of and just a text away to answer any questions I have and make any changes I need! If he isn’t in the office he still answers and let’s me know when he’s able to help me. Brandon has also made me realize what coverages I need that I didn’t even know I needed, he’s always looking out for everyone’s best interest! I’ve never had a better agent.

As a person that’s not easy to deal with, I appreciate Brandon’s diligence and patience. At no fault of his own, Brandon inherited my problem child insurance account. He recognized my frustration and worked tirelessly to get me straightened out. He kept me in the loop and made sure my insurance fit my needs. In summation, Brandon is an intelligent hard working agent, who maintains support for his clientele. Even if it’s with his own company he has to fight. He’s accommodating and well spoken, leaving very little to be figured out with context.
