Excellent inspection, Geoffrey took the time an answer all our questions during the inspection and sat down at the end to give us a recap. The report he sent over was completed quickly and it was very detailed.

Geoff was very thorough. He brought so many things to our attention both big and small. We can now go into our home purchase feeling confident that we are aware of any potential issues the property may have that need to be addressed.

I was buying a house which had failed a previous inspection. The seller's stated that they had fixed a lot of the major problems identified by the first inspection including standing water in the crawl space. I was buying the house as-is so getting a good inspection was very important to me. Geoff has over 20 years experience in his field. Geoff and his partner TJ were able to verify that the repairs had been done and they also discovered that the problem in the crawl space had only been partially remediated (there was still standing water present). With their inspection report, I was able to negotiate a satisfactory deal with the sellers and felt a lot more confident in my home purchase.
