I love this place, but I think it's important to understand what it is and isn't. Isn't: probably not the best for all your needs. Although they have amazing deals on closeout items, some other items aren't closeout and winco down the street might be cheaper. If you find something you like, get a few because they might be out tomorrow Is: fun to browse, a little like trader joes in that you never know what you'll find, but not nearly as dressed up. Always have a fun charcuterie and wine selection with really good quality for low prices, I like to stop by there before the weekend

I have to complain litigiously because the customer service is appalling. When addressing concerns about health and safety, Christine argued instead of accommodating. And the no-name manager defends her. My business degree and I disagree with the local attitudes and misbehavoirs. And where this specific disagreement exists, the only reason I don't aim to replace them both with only myself - it's easier to avoid disgusting and abhorrent behavior. I understand this is the owner's loss, not mine and caused by individuals with subpar qualities. The community deserves better, but I hope the owner recognizes he is being harassed by his own employee into annual losses.

Sometimes you can find AMAZING deals but just know that the stock changes constantly. Some items/brands they have consistently but others change all the time. You can find good organic produce and organic cereals for great prices.
