The work was done quickly since I only needed a support bracket on a beam. When the guys came to do the work, they just started working, didn't knock or anything to let me know it was them banging on my house. Also, when it came to payment, I had to call Rob who didn't have an invoice finished and I kept having to follow up with him in order to pay them. If I didn't need a receipt for proof of repairs in order to sell my house who knows how long it would've taken for him to ask for payment. Not sure I would recommend this company.. Warning : do not use this contractor. I was horribly screwed over. I ended paying 3x what I should have and am still having subcontractors having to make repairs of work that should have been done.

We had them out to do a quote for a basement remodel, and was given a date they would have the quote to us by. A few days went by past the date, so I called, was told it be a few more days... that was a few weeks ago. Have not heard back from them, which made the fact that they were very hard to get a hold of to do the estimate make a little more sense. Couldn't rate their quality of work, but their organization and customer service with our project has been greatly lacking. We decided to go a different direction obviously. They seemed nice and knowledgeable, just not very reliable.

Contractor rated as exemplary and very professional, delivered ahead of schedule, and worked thru unexpected problems to deliver on budget !!

They came in under budget and under the time they said they would be done. They were fantastic about making sure they were cleaned up at the end of the day and did a great job having the job site cleaned up after they finished. Rhett was very helpful and came up with a wonderful plan to fix our deck that was falling down and keep to our budget.
