Cutting Edge Contracting

I called Chad to get a quote for updating my siding. From the first call I felt like a valued customer. The quoting process was fair and communication at the initial phase was excellent. Chad and Brandon kept in contact and were flexible when I added on to the project. They guided me through updates that were functional as well as correcting mistakes from a previous contractor. During the entire project we had daily check ins and walk around to check on the progress. Any issues that came up were addressed quickly. We are pleased with the work they completed and now have functional doors, new siding and paint, and a deck that is sturdy and well designed. After the job, a roof vent sheared off in a windstorm and they replaced it same day.

I enthusiastically recommend Cutting Edge. The quality of craftsmanship is unparalleled, and the project management and communication throughout the entire endeavor were outstanding. The team proved to be truly fantastic. Originally, our plan was to replace the deteriorated siding in our backyard and on our deck. However, upon discovering additional decay, we expanded the project to include redoing the front siding and constructing a new retaining wall. The result is nothing short of remarkable a complete transformation of our house.

I know nothing about this company other than one of their lovely employees felt the need to drive their loaded work truck 25 mph over the limit in a 40 mph zone in North Portland today. I guess I wasnt going fast enough for him because there was a car in front of me, so he had to tailgate me and drive like a moron. Im sure they do fine work.

These guys did such an amazing job. They communicated well, they beat the bids on three other companies. The professionalism and communication again was outstanding in the job they did was on time and to perfection. And they cleaned up as they went and checked in with their workers, I highly recommend this company John and louise griffin
