Receptionist is very nice however no one will call me back after they cancelled to fix my teeth the "Doctor" chipped away!!! I cried showed them in the chair what he did and they agreed there was no chip (in my front tooth) I sent them photos and they agreed, said they would make it right jut refused to email, or call me back.... the language barrier between the doctor is very hard to get by and hell agree with you but then do something completely different..

I will start out by saying that the lady at the front desk is very sweet! I went here a few months ago for a cleaning. The xrays that were taken were extremely painful and left cuts all over my mouth that lasted about a week. As I was sitting there waiting for the doctor, the hygienist was telling me all about the “office drama”. The doctor was very nice to me but he was clearly very annoyed/ frustrated with one of the hygienists. I felt so bad for her. To act the way he was (especially in front of a patient) was extremely unprofessional.
The doctor offered to upgrade my cleaning to a deep cleaning at no additional charge. We agreed to do the top teeth first and then return at a different date for the bottoms. The cleaning went ok. I have never done the deep cleaning where they numb your mouth before but it was relatively quick. I scheduled my second appointment to get the bottom teeth cleaned before I left. At 5pm the night before my appointment I received a voicemail saying my appointment was going to have to be rescheduled and she would call me back the next day. I never heard from them again. I have called multiple times and no one is answering and their voicemail is full. Even if they offered me free services I would not return this place!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They canceled atleast 2 of my appointments cuz doctor was "sick". They are denying me my medical records (xrays/exam results). I've left atleast 6 voicemails and called a few times a week and even drove there when they were supposed to be open and no one was there. I may have to pay hundreds out of pocket because my insurance wont pay repeat procedures in the short time frame of when they did it. This is illegal as far as I know. My insurance has advised me to file complaint with attorney general and department of health. I have done one so far. Please dont involve yourself with a clinic with this type of un professionalism and lack of integrity. I trusted the wrong clinic. I hope they are penalized for this somehow and there are no more victims like myself.
