Kevin was really great to work with. I dont know if its always been this way but Ive noticed that a lot of these places that buy and sell precious metals have a terrible phone presence. Ill call a place and often end up feeling like I am a nuisance or otherwise bothering them for calling to ask them a question. Kevin was friendly, professional, and informative. It was a super smooth transaction and I plan to work with them again! Also, if youre unsure about their hours, theyre actually super solid about updating their store hours on their website. Definitely give them a call though if youre ever curious about anything. When you take a moment to stop and think of all the words to describe the feeling of owning and being able to hold your gold in your hand, you might find that it's really difficult to come up with enough words to describe the truly surreal emotions one can feel swirling around in their psyche. Like, surreal is definitely one word but there are definitely a few more words I can think of that accomplishes the goal as well like cool and neat. Thank you again, Kevin!

I am new to gold and silver investing, but Pacific Gold & Silver answered every question I had thoroughly. The transaction was quick and completed with ease. Cory even stood by and watched to make sure that I got into my car safely with my purchase. I've meant to invest for a while and I'm glad that I finally got around to it and with this company.
