T-Mobile provides good customer service. The Tuesday rewards are awesome, and they have a great range of products.

We visited the store today mid afternoon had the worst service I could ever mention. We walked up to the front door there was one employee who probably was on his break but he was sitting out front on a chair vaping, he doesn't say hello doesn't greet us whatever. We walk inside and there's no one that we can see working and then all of a sudden the girl stands up sitting on the floor on her cell phone to help us and the entire time she's yawning and was clearly not interested in helping us and it was the worst service I can tell you. Very poor experience. The T-Mobile off of 164th by the Blind Onion in Vancouver Washington those folks are great so that is where we will be going.

I am in absolute awe at the horrendous customer support at this store. Firstly, I was there almost 20 minutes after opening and I got told to "...give me 15 minutes". Explained I need to change my telephone pin, and the service person couldn't input her store code correctly numerous times. All the while, they were checking their phone for calls and reading/responding to text messages. Just a thought, maybe you could enter the store code correctly if you were focused on your job? Ended with her unable to help and me needing to go over to the 164th store. We'll see how THAT goes.
