Maid Brigade does a great job. They are professional and cost-effective. They are also flexible and easy to work with. I never felt uncomfortable having their employees in my home and if I ever felt like an area needed additional cleaning, they sent someone out promptly to attend to it. I highly recommend them. Did not clean the shower after repeated requests. Mildew buildup, cursory wipe down at best. Will complete ourselves and terminate service barring significant and immediate changes. Pics available if requested.

Some of the teams that have cleaned have been great but the last team was not good. It normally smells so nice and clean when they are done. They did just an awful job. Calling today to cancel my account with them

I will try to keep is as short as possible....used their services for 3 years. We liked their cleaning crew, we were loyal customers. Communicating with their office though was very bad and basically non-existent. They would show up when we said was a bad time. We ignored it so of course it continued, we tried calling the office and they wouldn't answer or respond to our messages, we would email them and they would not get back to us. I even referred a neighbor friend to them and they started using Maid Brigade and started getting to our house even later in the day to go to their house first even though we notified them months ago that it was a bad time to arrive. Perhaps they just want to keep new customers happy and not loyal, long-term customers. So unfortunate.
