Modern Innovations Contracting

As you can see from the photos, we had a disaster of a front fence line when we bought the house. It was an overgrown mess with a falling-down fence and weeds galore. Modern Innovations came in, ripped all of it out, and built a great retaining wall and fence. Their excellent work added almost 5 feet to our front yard and gave us room for a future gazebo. Great work, fast response, and easy to work with, will be hiring them back for the next big job! Thanks again!

Normally I don't write review but Modern Innovations did an amazing job on our new patio. We showed them a picture, and they recreated it perfectly, while staying on budget and within a reasonable time frame. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our new outside space!

We bought an older house and discovered a bathroom with major water damage hidden under the tile causing major rot in the floor and base plates. My wife found Modern Innovations online and called them up regarding demolition work. Not only was he very responsive on the phone but came out and gave us a great bid. He had the bathroom down to the studs/subfloor in one day. I'm a DIY kind of person but was dreading the tear down. Modern Innovations kept our space clean and removed all the debri. As a result of their work we had them back to finish installing the baseboards in all the rooms of our house. We now have a contractor we can trust and look forward to using them on future projects!
