I'm honestly not good with keeping names, but the tech that came to our house was very friendly and completed the repair fast. He explained what he completed, and had exemplary customer service. Prompt, courteous, professional. They sent several reminders and opportunities to confirm/cancel/reschedule. Only negative was wait time from appliance breakdown to appointment (3 weeks +) on LG warrantee callout, but that may be out of their control. Service: Refrigerator repair

I cant say enough good about this service experience! On time, called ahead to let me know when he would be here and again when he was on his way. Quickly diagnosed the issue, had a new compressor in his van. Replaced it, left the space clean and was so very courteous all the while he was here. LG paid for the whole thing. I would give 10 stars if I could! Service: Refrigerator repair
