        In and out really fast! I barely had time to sit down in the waiting area before being called back to start the testing. Rapid pass made things go by really quick as well. Phlebotomist Matthew was really nice and cracked a lot of jokes which helped me relax. Lots of snacks and juice for when you're done with the donation, which took only 8 minutes. I love donating and this building was my best experience so far. Love the American Red Cross!

        I came around 1215 to check in for a 1230 appointment and the receptionist was unbelievably rude. There was no one in the waiting area and when I'd made the appointment there were openings for the hour before and after my appointment. She was brusk and eating (nothing wrong with that in and of itself) but she clearly did not want me there.
