I took my RV in to get a wheel alignment. They said they found multiple things wrong with the RV and kept it over night. The next day they said the catalytic converter was stolen and I needed to buy a new one and they had it in stock. I stated it was under their care when it was stolen. They said it happens often and it is my responsibility to pay for the new one. I felt if I gave them my RV to service it was their responsibility to return it in the same condition that I gave it to them, they do not feel that way. Services: Brake service & repair, Exhaust, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Been going to these guys for years. I have a vehicle that is old and there weren't many of them made or on the road so parts are hard to find. They worked hard to find the correct parts but they were on back order for 2 weeks which was bad for me as I do not generate revenue with a vehicle that is in the shop. They shopped around and found alternatives that worked (thinking quick on their feet) and they delivered my truck back to me before the previously promised time. Super helpful, super honest and I highly recommend servicing your vehicle at Ron's Automotive and RV.
