The rain guards came in very quickly and they did a great job with the installation. Very happy with the way they turned out. I would recommend them.

Got a gooseneck hitch installed. Drilled the 4 inch hole in the wrong spot. They used epoxy to put the metal back in then drilled in the correct spot. When I picked up the truck they said nothing about it. Instead I found it when I got home.

Brought my truck (2001 Silverado 1500) in because it has some play in the steering. They were kind during the phone call, and answered the questions I had. Their shop rate is a respectable $90/hour, they said the diagnostic fee is $90 as well, but would be waived if they fixed the truck. I received a call before noon with what was wrong with my truck. Everything seemed great until this point. They quoted me $4,278.72. This seemed a bit off since the truck goes down the road just fine (minus a bit of steering play), so I asked what was wrong with it. They said I need: 2 new upper control arms 2 hub assemblies 2 CV axles A new idler arm A bracket for said arm And a new pitman arm (Above are the parts to make the car go straight) Front brake pads Front rotors Front calipers Rear pads Rear rotors And some various fluids topped off. Now, the truck has 243,000 miles, so it is very possible this is all needed. The problem is the price for their parts. Most shops get parts at a discounted price, and sell them at (or near) retail to their customers. For every part minus the rear brakes, front calipers, and fluids, I was to pay $2,206.42. I found all of those parts in one kit (plus some other parts) online with free shipping for $504.95. That's just robbery. See photo for proof of pricing. My wife picked up the truck and was charged $114.90, $8.90 of that was tax so they got $106. What happened to the $90 price? Well $11 for job supplies and $5 for disposal. What did you dispose of?! A pair of gloves? How is $5 justified?! Job supplies... so wear on tools right? Well all they had to use was a lift, and a pry bar to test all these components, so that doesn't seem to justified either. Don't go here, they'll charge you $2 for shop supplies for using their door...
