    I called dispatch and a supervisor to complain about one of their employees driving extremely fast through the local parking lot to claim the spot in the front of Chipotle. The store is close enough to their base they can easily walk. He was going so fast that if someone walked out from behind their car in his way he would have definitely killed them with his speed. So I called to complain of his driving and they acted very non-chalant and said "I'm not sure if we will do something about this".

    Over charges and ref uses to work with major insurance company in violation of Washington state law regarding surprise billings. Will be filing formal complaint with insurance commission. Who else has been screwed. maybe class action

    The ambulance personal are great. The problem is billing. We have told them to bill VA and yet they have sent the bill to collections instead. We have gone through this a few times now.

    While traveling from California, my wife and daughter were involved in a automobile accident. My wife received care and transportation. My 17 year old daughter accompanied my wife in the ambulance, but did not receive treatment. We did not receive a bill after AMR invoiced the insurance company. We then received a pre collection notice on two identical bills (same treatment and mileage) from AMR. When I inquired with them why we were receiving two identical bills. They said my daughter was treated in the ambulance, which was untrue. My daughter road in the ambulance instead of being stranded on the side of the freeway, nearly 1000 miles from home. I have called AMR multiple times and have made multiple requests through there web portal. I have yet to receive a phone call (which I was promised twice by a manager) or a written response from them. It appears to me AMR is taking advantage of the situation. I would expect a little more professionalism and understanding.
