My friend was sent to the place for rehab and unfortunately they dropped the ball and she has passed away. She sent me photos daily of the food and it was unbelievable how horrible it was and I would be on speaker when the staff would come in and very rude. Her light would be on for 20 mins before any response . If you love your family DoNOT take them here.

Agility has been a very important part of my life. This nursing home helped me with my physical therapy. I love the nurse aides. They were very attentive and compassionate. Thank you Agility for helping me

I would not even give them a single star. DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY COME HERE FOR ANY REASON! My mom almost died from being neglected! IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS.....DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!!

They keep putting patience in transportation vans in the middle of winter without coat, shoes, even long pants or long sleeves. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will complain to their accreditation company.

My name is Emie L. I was admitted to Agility Health and Rehab November 23, 2023. I have Congestive Heart Failure with issues ambulating. This facility has been God sent and really made a big difference in my recovery. The Nursing staff have been amazing, prompt and always willing to listen to me. They are very prompt to make the changes needed. The Aides have been super attentive to me and needs as well. Most of the time when calling for them through their push button system they get to me withing 3-5 minutes. But like all facilities they get very busy but they stop by my room as soon as they are able to. They are caring and willing to help even when I can do things on my own. Everyday my room was cleaned by Housekeeping. My room at times would have some little pieces of food because of what ever reason but the rest assured our room would be cleaned at spotless by first part of the day. They also cleaned my bathroom really well and smelled good. The kitchen staff I would say provided excellent service. Like any industrial kitchen that provides over 100+ patients they pushed out industrial food but I noticed that they would prepare food specific to my dietary needs (low sodium, controlled portions, etc..). I remember one day I missed breakfast but as soon as I got back they put together a delicious breakfast immediately. They're like my kitchen away from home! They're are times when recovering you get bored and alone at times.The Activities department really made a difference providing ample activities to help me get through my day. Playing their Wii sport games, learning to crochet and just having someone to talk to really helped mentally and physically. I give this facility a 5 star on property. I've spent many hours outside enjoying beautiful scenery. This property is surrounded with tall beautiful green trees and the landscape is well maintained. I highly recommend this facility to individuals who are in the process of recovering. Thank you Agility Rehab for making a difference in my life! Emie L.
