        If I could give them 100 gold stars I would! We found an unexpected electrical cable when cutting a window opening to intall new windows in our old house. It was raining and the side of the house was open. Reliable had an electrician on site for me in less than 2 hours to terminate the cable and decomission an outlet so we could complete the installation. Thanks so much to the Reliable staff for squeezing us in so we could get our window installed. GREAT customer service.

        These electricians are so reliable and they truly named the company with the right name! Mike was great and we used Reliable many times at our place of business in Lacey. We also have a location in McKenna and we will definitely use Reliable Electric if we ever need an electrical problem or for a service. Thank you, Cheryl Porter

        Used them before, everything seemed to go well. Then we used them to wire up a hot tub. Guy who came out didnt do as asked, he ran the wires along the top of the deck instead of underneath deck or through the house crawl space. Also placed the electrical off switch too close to the hot tub according to building code. We asked for someone to come back and someone else came out and immediately asked us who did this?. He did a great job fixing his colleagues mistake where everything looked professionally done. We then got multiple bills for both visits. When tried to explain they were fixing their own mistake they insisted on double charging us. Wont be using them for any future projects, both residential or commercial.

        Preface, I personally was not the client. I was just an employee of the company that hired Reliable. I was working alongside Richard and John in collaboration on a larger project involving industrial machinery. They had absolutely no need to take time out of their days to help the millwright out with my side of the project that was outside of the scope of their contract. But they did. They took the time to teach me a lot of tips and tricks on conduit bending, making wire pulling easier, how to make things look tidier and last longer. They still did fantastic and timely work on the job we hired them for. They left me some extra scraps of EMT as well just so I could have some practice pieces to bend on. Kudos Reliable. Truly fantastic employees representing your company.

      Zach yes I remember this job even though it was almost 2-1/2 years ago when we did the work, not sure why you are leaving a review now and didn't back then? You were not home when we added the circuit and there was no room/access under the deck unless we removed the deck boards, so whoever was at the house " in-law i believe" said go ahead and run it above the deck so we wouldn't have to pull the deck apart, that is how we installed it, per direction. The hot tub was not on site when we wired for it, and as an end result the hot tub installer put the tub in a different location than what we were told the location was going to be so that's not on us but we did in fact move it to be code legal and the project was inspected and passed.We did not double charge you, we were instructed to do a job a certain way and did it that way. Then when the tub arrived we sent another guy out to hook up the tub and that is when he pulled up the deck and re-routed the conduit under the deck which took 1 hr. max to change per your direction, that is not double charging.
