I'm not the biggest fan of fringe doctors. By that I mean dentists, who I argue aren't real Doctors but in fact are sadists with some control issues, and eye doctors. I walked in and was greeted by the front desk staff immediately. They were helpful and patient 10/10. I made an appointment for an eye exam. I'm not normally one to make such appointments. I was able to get a appointment for the next day. When I went in for my appointment was met with the same energy and hospitality as I was when I first walked in. When I went back for my initial exam with the tech I was immediately put at ease by the bedside manner of the tech who I believe was named Alex. Through all the tests, Alex was incredibly patient and understanding. By the end of all the tests, I felt incredibly comfortable and seen. Dr. Woolsey was patient and kind and explained all the techno jargon with my test results 10 out of 10. When I went to look at frames, the associate that helped me was incredibly patient, not pushy and seemed to have a genuine interest in my best interest. I would recommend vision health of Tumwater to any and all of my fellow glasses and contacts wearing friends and family. 10 out of 10

Friendly, caring, professional and efficient. I thought I had an eye emergency and they found a same day appointment. Dr. German is outstanding. Thank you all!
