Tukwila Dental Center

I visited this dental clinic hoping for a professional and caring experience, but unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed. Not only did they neglect to address my tooth pain adequately, but one of the staff also made derogatory comments about my teeth, which was incredibly hurtful. I left feeling disrespected and uncared for. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone seeking compassionate and competent dental care. One star is generous for such a disappointing experience.

Dr Singh is great. Our family has had him caring for our teeth since 1994!! I just had an amazing cleaning by Tita. She did an amazing job and I will be requesting her for my next appt.

The front desk person greeted me upon arrival. She assisted me in finding my dental insurance information as I do not have a copy of my card. The dental hygienist did my cleaning. Explained techniques and tools to use towards healthy gums. The doctor came in to check on me. She recommended some plans and treatments. Service was good but missing compassion. The office needs some cleaning. I see some dirt and dust around. The walls and ceiling need new paint. I have noticed PPE equipment and tools are overused and/or old. The most important to me as a patient are as follows: cleanliness and good hygiene. I think that this office needs a general cleaning and sanitation. Elevate patient care with compassion. Update post visit on 3/13/24: One of the staff followed up on my review. She had mentioned that general cleaning was implemented immediately after my review. In addition, she mentioned that staff PPE and equipment are already ordered and just waiting for shipment. The beside manner and compassion to patient has improved. The dentist and dental assistant were approachable and gentle. My procedure went fast and pain-free. I am looking forward to my next visit in May. I am eager to see outstanding results in the areas mentioned above. Added four stars for the effort.
