        1st Time Experience was exceptional. This is a five star, but I am a curmudgeon, so it will only get a 4x. What makes Greg's Unique - Mike, the manager, was no frills/upcharge nagging. Just, this is the recommend, and i can package that in for $$$ more. It was easy, and he did not make me feel stupid or dumb for having a Fiat 500L or some weird car compared to the norm. Pros - Dependable, personable, professional. Made me feel special/individual/good bedside manner. Mike made the scheduling experience easy, although it took me a week plus to schedule an oil change. Cons - ~1 week to get into the shop for an oil change. Had to drop off for the whole day, which was fine. I definitely will be coming back. Respect. Nothin like the smell of new tires and handing over a car key.
