I came in September 11th to get a quote for my property and vehicle. As of today, I have yet to hear from them. I did email, then called and spoke to them to ask about my quote just before October 1st so that I could switch. I was told they're waiting for another company to respond to the inquiry and would be getting back to me in a couple days. At this point, I'd be a fool to use their service and could only imagine what I would go through for a loss claim.
