Called to see about an “availability” in the apartment complex that’s been listed as vacant for weeks. Only to find out she has a waiting list of over 20+ people. Then she tried to say she had available units to apply for in Omak, but that they also had multiple candidates applied already. One unit apparently has over 90 people applied for. So 90 people x 37$ for an application fee. Do the math people. I smell a scam.
