Started a $35,000 deck and custom bar/ BBQ project back in May 2018. It has not been completed as of this date. It has been nothing but a complete headache from the start of the project to get them out here to even start work on it, let alone finish it. These people are complete crooks. They start projects and never finish it. They charge sky high fees for minimal work. There was a request in the initial contract for a privacy enclosure for our hot tub, a custom BBQ bar, and a access door for the water and electrical work under the new deck. None of these things were done. The BBQ bar was like pulling teeth to get moderately close to what we had discussed. After numberous phone calls, emails, and in person conversations with multiple people the project still is incomplete after 5 months. I was originally told 10 days. Ten days? It has been 152 days as of today!!! It took them forever to get started on the project, then once they were complete with the main portion they left their entire mess garbage and all sitting in my back yard. It took them days to come fix. After it was removed there were huge dead spots in my grass due to their carelessness. I had to remind them to insulate a water pipe that they had moved for access to the outside spigot. The wall where they moved the water on the outside of the house looks like a toddler did it. Horrible shoddy work. Run away!!!

Company is bs all they do is take your money and run. Doesn't matter if you're a employee or a costumer.

It looks like we are in a similar situation to others in that we paid out a large sum of money and are left with an unfinished deck. At time of writing the owner, Rory Knight, is unreachable. We were told that the deck would be completed by October 31st. It isn't. Stay away from this company (if you can even reach them). If you need a deck, there are professionals out there, such as Doctor Deck.

I am hoping this will help someone not to repeat our mistake. Owner Rory will promise you everything, but nothing will get done. We signed a contract with him in April for a remodeling of bathroom and bedroom, re-siding and painting, and deck demolishing. After four months, they did not progress too much (constantly avoiding to meet with us and just ignoring our requests) and even what they worked on something, they will require significant rework (for example, they put tiles, but never checked if electricity is working behind the wall, pipes are incorrectly installed, the new windows are already fogging, we are still waiting on some windows as they incorrectly measure these three times, and so on). There is really no one in charge as different people take measure, and they just are not able to deliver. Our house is exposed to the elements right now, holes in it, gutters hanging off unattached, siding installed improperly, littered yard with materials and garbage, etc. I will have to look into legal actions as there is just no other way around.

W&R Depot replaced the roof and gutters on my home and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Delivery of the materials was on time and the installation was moderately quick. My wife and I had a Nu Ray 1" standing seam metal roof installed. It looks amazing and it will last longer than the home under it. Rory and Tran delivered a great finished product and I recommend them to whoever wants to get work done. A+
