Peninsula Propane gets it! The transaction process is seamless and the pricing is fair.  For some reason, their competitors seem to create an unnecessary hassle with scheduling and some companies won't even sell to me because I don't have the volume to make it "worth the trip".  The customer service at Peninsula Propane would make my grandparents proud. They just get it...

All I can say is WOW. This is the first propane company (have dealt with many different ones for nearly 20 years) that actually has their act together. I can see why the reviews are so positive. They checked all the boxes for me such as: 1) They hire seasonal drivers to keep up with demand (instead of SOME companies that let you get down to zero % before they can finally make it out a/k/a CHS). 2) No inspection or delivery fees (think Ferrelgas and Amerigas on this one). Just the price of propane and sales tax :) . 3) Competent office staff. They actually get billing done quickly and efficiently (Ferrelgas truly drops the ball on this one). 4) Last but not least, they are the most competitive of anywhere in or around Kitsap county. The only way they could improve is by offering free monitoring (currently $129 yr), as some of the other companies offer this for free. Otherwise, they have propane delivery down to a much appreciated science.
