After waiting over a year for our pictures, and failure to communicate in a professional matter, i have to review these scammers. We have NOT received the product we paid for, and they won’t answer emails, and phone number is “out of service”. These people have scammed an ENTIRE SCHOOLl and most likely hundreds of other people. People like these should be banned from ever owning a business. Shame on you!

I had my family photos taken by Wendi Smith the owner of the Seattle franchise location over two appointments. Oct 24th and 28th. She isn’t responding at all for weeks now and I don’t have our photos and it is now Nov 15th. very unprofessional but maybe something is personally wrong. if so, I will delete this bad review. she has done our family photos for years and this isn’t like her. I would like to see if she is ok and get our family photos or reschedule with someone else ( i really hope i don’t have to since i have three little kids and it is a project). .

I give this company zero stars. Wendie had gone to my daughters daycare for picture day. Of course I was excited of having my daughters picture taken "professionally" the day of picture I was informed that she needed payment first before pictures can be taken. That was odd but I brushed it off and made the payment online that day. I even got a preview of my daughters picture via phone. A month goes by then 2 and I email her for an update on my purchase. No response, I inform the director of the daycare and she also attempts to reach out and no response. Since wendie gave no response I went ahead and emailed the main website and yet no response. At first I wanted an reimbursement but now I'm just concerned on where the heck my daughters pics have gone, deleted I hope!. I have contacted my bank for fraud. So many attempts to just get a response and no luck smh.

The employee or owner was VERY rude,cruel, unprofessional in was asked a question and then she snatched my card and continued to literally argue. Be careful and look at the area your in. I give her alone Zero stars on customer relations take the order collect your money w/out talking.
