Bullying, self righteous rent a cops that could never make a career with a REAL department. Someone needs to get these wild  animals lessons on how to not use the idiotic power they think they have as force.

Coming home from work from Pt D to Seattle I was pulled over in Ruston. I really had no idea why until the officer came to my window. He claimed I failed to stop at a stop sign. I figured this is what most cops do to find duis or whatever on a Saturday night. 30 minutes later I receive a 136 ticket. Look man, Im coming home from 10 hr shift at midnight on a Saturday. It was obvious. I still had all my work clothes on. That ticket cost me more than half of my pay for that day. Im not endangering anyone. Im not reckless driving. Im obviously sober. 136$ for not stopping at a stop sign is not protecting and serving the public. Its robbery, plain and simple. He took money from me cause he had a gun and badge and had authority to do so. I will take this to court just out of principal. I like to see proof that I really did commit the infraction. I dont believe I did. Officer Shawn Hoey and his department is a disgrace. He should be ashamed of himself. Hope you sleep well at night in Ruston. Merry Christmas.

Thanks Ruston Police for keeping the new waterfront area safe and family friendly. One thing about Ruston Police, they don't put up with any troublemakers. Book em. Note to all. Don't speed or break any traffic laws. You'll be fine. Also No loud music.
