I was beyond pleased with the customer service and the staff at this location! They were extremely helpful and very friendly! The moment we walked in they greeted us and were very attentive. Also, I was confused about the process of receiving certain products with insurance, and I had a lot of questions about the different equipment needed for my grandma. The ladies in there really helped us sort it all out and I couldnt be more thankful for their help with everything! They really made the whole process a lot easier.

I had such a wonderful experience!! I had to rent a wheelchair for my dad while he was visiting from out of town. Wendy made it quick and easy to rent the wheelchair. Would highly recommend this place.

I am angry and appalled at this business. My father was in need of a wheelchair and his doctor sent them a presciption for it, so it could get approved first through Medicare. After waiting over a week I contacted the company to check on the status and was informed they no longer process prescriptions for Medicare so they just shred them when the get them. Hello!! A text or phone call to doctor or patient would be good business. I guess that isnt something thats in your business binder. As far as Im concerned I will never or anyone I know ever step through your doors. Good luck staying in business.
