Amazing service, and great communication! Ive been doing laser treatments for two years here and the results are amazing. They worked with me when the laser hair removal treatments stopped working and now Im just doing touch ups. Cant recommend enough. Love love love.

Paid for a series of IPL treatments on my back for my sunspots. Results weren't good after multiple treatments so they tried the gmax pro laser. She went over one sun spot multiple times and it burned. I came home and my skin scabbed and left permanent discoloration. I called them and told them about my scar and that the sun spots were still dark and they said my scar would go away soon and that my results were great. Well here I am over a year later, and that scar is still present where she burned me and my sun spots are still dark. No apology from them either.

Transgender friendly! I came to book laser hair removal for my face and neck after hunting around a bit and settling on Laser Lounge Med Spa, despite its distance from my work and home. What a great place - extremely clean, everything's set up perfectly and professionally. The women I worked with were punctual, friendly, cheerful, and just really easy going. But they also knew what they were doing and were very skillful. What's even better is that, at my consultation for laser, they brought up that there was a Groupon deal that would save me a *lot* of money on the procedure I was having done. They didn't have to offer that info but they did and, wow, yeah, it almost shaved off half the cost. Scheduling is easy, the laser hair removal is fast, and the waiting area is very pleasant. The technician is also very good at double-checking to make sure she's reached every area. I also had one IPL Facial treatment to try to help with the sun damage below my eyes. I feel like it didn't quite do as much as I would like (but probably had unrealistic expectations) so, on the follow-up, I was told they would focus just on that area again, free of charge. I thought that was very nice of them. All in all, very recommended!

Mari is incredible. Super professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Anyone considering getting laser, I would highly recommend coming to Laser Lounge!
