        EVERYTIME I come here there is an insane wait. The employees need some serious training as they dont know how to make anything other than your normal ice cream scoops. I order the same thing everytime and its always an issue. This time my sone brought the drink back and then the rep remade it and it looked completely different than the previous one which was also wrong. Its just frustrating that it is so expensive and its so busy for the person to not be able to make the things correctly.

        The ice cream is so dense and cold, not melted and fluffy like many ice cream shops. I love the choice of flavors! Butter pecan, black walnut, Rocky road are my favorites! I should be embarrassed that I started a list card, but what a deal for a loyal customer!

        Depends on the person working. Sometimes they give an attitude about hand packing a pint. Some weigh the pint and some dont. Some pack it tightly and others barley give you any ice cream. Always understaffed so it's gonna be a wait to be served
