The florist was very talented, accommodating, and amazingly arranged the flowers that I bought. Also, your place was captivating, for it was filled with beautiful flowers that smelled great. This floral shop will take good care of you and go the extra mile to make sure you are happy! And the flowers are absolutely beautiful! My 81 year old mom was in the hospital and I ordered an arrangement from here to be delivered as I live in DC . The hospital had a mix up on rooms and delivered to the wrong room so once I let Chris the owner know my moms flowers never came , she personally drove over there and made sure my mother got another arrangement and then even discounted the cost for me as a courtesy! The flowers were so bright and beautiful and big and smelled so lovely ! Everybody kept asking where my mother got her arrangement from ! I’m so glad I went with this flower shop and I will call them again when I need something . Thank you for caring about your customers so much . That’s what makes a great flower shop ! You won’t go wrong choosing this business over the others :)

If I could give zero stars I would. Where do I begin. My daughter ordered a bouquet of flowers for myself and her grandmother. She ordered multiple color tulips for her grandmother and orchids for her mother. When the flowers arrived, we only received 1 order and it was a dozen red roses. The card that my daughter wrote was never put on paper along with the roses. Chris actually asked, if she would like me to write the card up in her vehicle. I responded, no..I mean for what at this point...just read it to me. So, not only were I given the wrong flowers, the other order never arrived. Just like every consumer, if I purchase something that wasn't even what I ordered, I requested a refund. Mother's Day was last month. It is now June 6th. And I still haven't gotten my refund. Chris has told me she would stop by my house with the cash, and she has yet to come by. Chris has told me she would submit for a refund, and there seems to be a problem ( she says systems are down). Chris has said she would send through PayPal and specifically asked me to request the money, and she has yet to give me my 100.00 refund. I have called, I have left messages and Chris is now ignoring all of my phone calls and messages. Even after admitting that they screwed up. My next step is to take her to court. To some 100.00 is no big deal. But to my daughter who is a struggling student, it's a lot of money. Please do not buy flowers from this business. They are not organized, they are liars and their flowers are old and wilted. I will NEVER shop at this establishment. And if I were you, I wouldn't either. I am still trying to get my refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My brother and I ordered flowers they were fresh my uncle said they were so nice the aroma in whole home and beautifully made thank you for your service honesty and making my uncle smile
