From start to finish the process was easy and stress free. The salesman was super helpful and even the forklift driver was nice and helpful. The installer was on time and did a fabulous job also. I couldnt have asked for a better experience all around. I will be coming back in the future.

I went into Carpet Liquidators on a whim with my sister. I knew I wasnt ready to replace my carpet just yet as I needed to remodel my place first. I found the perfect carpet on my first visit despite not being ready for carpet replacement. Dennis held the carpet on reserve for me with no issues for almost 2 years. He was super patient with me and checked in periodically to check on my remodel progress so we could time everything perfectly. Even the carpet installers were super respectful, careful of my belongings, professional and efficient. My experience with Carpet Liquidators in Tacoma was amazing!

Big dude in the front couldnt be bothered to help while sitting on his a$$ and scrolling on his phone. I asked for help and he just pointed in a direction. Walked back up to him and it took him awhile for him to even notice me?? He had a bad attitude and poor customer service. No ones forcing you to work bro. Treat your customers with respect and get your a$$ up!
