We used Steve Anderson and his team to wire up a generator to our panel in the garage, and to install the electrical for a patio hot tub. He is so professional, polite, big smile, easy going, and he really tried to help us understand what we needed in practical terms. He gave us a very competitive price. We actually enjoyed our conversations with Mr. Anderson. The installation was super clean. Will use again when we have our heat pump installed! Service: Socket or switch installation

I hired Steve Anderson and BB Electric to order and install four Infratec dual element heaters on our outdoor covered patio with power switches for each heater element. Steve visited the property himself to discuss the best placement and options for running conduit. Once the heaters arrived, they were installed within days. Steve sent two electricians who are courteous, timely, and professional. They did impressive work and I won’t hesitate to use BB electric again. Steve was even happy to talk about the one negative review he received and after hearing the circumstances I discounted the review and was very happy to proceed with him. A big thanks to Steve with BB Electric for a recent subpanel change that he completed. Based on work and other considerations, our schedule was a little restrictive but he was able to fit us in. Also, with the removal of the panel came a nuance or two that neither of us expected (old house), but from which he was able to pivot (and after a run to the shop to get some specialized parts) and complete the changeout efficiently. Steve also patiently answered my questions while showing me the inner workings of the set up so that I could better understand how it all worked and with an eye to potentially adding future loads.
