Gayle Royse I hired James Caraher for Dissolution of my Marriage in the 1990s. I was awarded my husband's retirement from PSE and I was at first elated and then payments started arriving of $190.00 a month and I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown.To little to live on of course. I called James to ask why I was only getting $190.00 and James just said I am working on it and never did again that is all James could get awarded for me. I was married to Frank A Royse Jr a real conartist to say the least. I was never awarded spousal support. Also I was awarded a 300.00 a month of my husbands military retirement and my husband had it stopped and Mr Caraher never worked on getting the payments reinstated at all.
